The Philippine Association of Convention/Exhibition Organizers and Suppliers, Inc. (PACEOS) was established in 1981 as a non-stock, non-profit organization. The association currently boasts of 40 member organizations, all of which are leading professional event, exhibition and convention organizers and their partners in business - venue owners, booth contractors, freight forwarders, and hotels as well as institutions offering allied services, such as travel and tour agencies, airlines, printing, and other agencies.

The Department of Tourism (DOT) commends the Philippine Association of Convention/Exhibition Organizers and Suppliers (PACEOS) for expanding its services to include education. As a prime mover in convention organization in Asia, it is about time for the Philippines to have its first MICE Academy.
